Routine visits are usually within a few days; urgent problems (like a painful ingrown toenail) usually the same week. Message before 10am for the best chance of a same-week slot.

A chat about your health and medication, a look at what's bothering you, and treatment in the same visit. Most first appointments take about 45 minutes. We explain everything in plain English and agree any next steps with you before leaving.

Cash or bank transfer after the visit, whichever suits you. We agree the price with you before setting off, there's no call-out fee, and receipts are provided if you need one for insurance or claims.

Yes. We make regular rounds at residential and nursing homes across all eight boroughs, working alongside care staff. Group rates apply for three or more residents; ask for details.

Please do. Many of our messages come from sons and daughters. Just say who the visit is for and where they live. With your parent's blessing, we can message you after each visit so you always know how it went.

Yes. We bring sterilised instruments in sealed packs, with a fresh set for every patient. We also bring single-use dressings and everything else the visit needs. The standards are the same as a clinic; only the armchair is different.

Just a comfortable chair with decent light and a list of any medication. There's no need to tidy up, and nothing to buy. We bring the clinic with us.

Life happens. Just give 24 hours' notice where you can and there's no charge. Genuine emergencies are always understood.

Podicare is a private service. NHS podiatry is excellent but its criteria are tight, and many people no longer qualify for routine care. Our visits complement NHS care. If we find something that needs your GP or an NHS service, we'll write it up so you can take it to them.
